John Moore was born circa 1760 - 1770, and married Nancy Folsom, daughter of Jacob Folsom.
They had children: Silas Ebenezer, Martin, Dempsey, John, and probably Jesse and Simpson.
Nancy Folsom was a Choctaw Indian, and they lived on the Choctaw reservation in MS. Jacob Folsom was one of the signers of the Treaty of Dancing Rabbit which gave the Choctaw land to the U.S.
- John and Nancy's son, Martin Moore, was born about 1797, was married to Eleanor Boney. They both died in Lauderdale Co., MS.
- Their son, Jesse Redwine Moore, was born in 1832, and was married 1st to Ellender Watson in Lafayette Co., MS.
- Their son, Andrew Clinton Moore, married Nancy Matlock in MS in 1873 and died in the late 1920s in Mitchell Co., TX.
- Their son, William Lee Moore, was born Oct. 7, 1874 and married Della Irene King. He died 9 Sep 1954 and is buried in Colorado City, TX.
John W. Moore, (aka: Dock) was born in 1852 Clay, Webster County, KY and died after 1903 in MO. He married Mary Elizabeth Woolbright on Nov 08, 1877 in Jackson Co., TN who was born about 1849 in Tennessee and died about 1931 in or around Senath, MO. (her mother and father were Samuel Woolbright (Source: 1870 United States Federal Census) and Martha C. "Patsy" Jackson .) Their children were: Fanie, b: Abt. 1878 TN, Cora, b: Aft. 1880 TN, Eveline, b: Aft. 1880 TN, d: KY, Harve E., b: Sep 26, 1882 TN, d: TN, and John Ira b: Oct 04, 1884 Clayville, Webster County, KY, d: Jun 18, 1969 Kirkwood, St. Louis Co., MO.

He married Leanner / Luanna Perkins, b: Jul 07, 1890 Hornbeak (formerly Wilsonville), Obion Co., TN, m: Oct 31, 1909 Senath MO, d: Jul 01, 1986 in St. Louis, MO.
Willis Moore was born about 1787 in NC (probably Cumberland Co.) and died after 1850, probably in Gwinnett Co., GA. He married Elizabeth who was born about 1789 in NC and died after 1870, probably, in Floyd Co., GA.
- Their son, Isham Moore, was born about 1806 in NC and died 18 Feb 1879 in Franklin Co., AR. He married Charlotte Caroline Bennett in Gwinnett Co., GA. She was born about 1805 in SC and died before 1869, probably, in Walker Co., GA.
- Their son, John B. Moore, was born 24 Sep 1828 in Gwinnett6 Co., GA and died in 1916 in Walker Co., GA. He married, first, Elizabeth B. Cofield 25 Dec 1851. She was born 1 Jan 1828 in GA and died about 1870 in GA.
John married, second,Martha E. "Lizzie" Cator about 1875. She was born about 1842 in GA and died in 1896 in Kerens, Navarro Co., TX.
- John & Elizabeth's son, David Kinman Moore, was born 16 Oct 1852 in GA and died 14 May 1926 in Shawnee, Pottawatomie Co., OK. He married Joannah Murphy 14 Dec 1875 in Summerville, Chattooga Co., GA. She was born 20 Feb 1858 in AL and died 22 Oct 1933 in Shawnee, OK.

- Their son, George Guy Moore, was born on 21 May 1899 and died on 2 Feb 1973 at Duck Hill, MS. He married Lois Tarrt who was born on 3 Oct 1907 and died on 7 Oct 1985 in MS.
